One of our most recent trips was to Ellijay, Georgia. We had the pleasure of visiting the local pizza joint, Ellijay Wood Fire Pizza. Not only was the pizza delicious, but the service was outstanding. We stopped in to use the facilities and ended up splitting a small pie. We will definitely be back for more wood fired pizza with our appetites
